The scope of acceptance of this project is: Wujiang Juli Machinery Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 15,000 three-dimensional parking equipment and 40,000 sets of escalator accessories. During the acceptance monitoring period (April 18-19, 2016), the company's production is normal, each The environmental protection facilities are all in normal operation, and the production conditions during the acceptance monitoring period reach more than 75%, meeting the acceptance monitoring conditions.

The exhaust gas of this project is mainly welding fume and cutting soot, and the welding fume (particulate matter) is discharged after being cleaned by the mobile welding fume purifier; the particles generated during the laser cutting process are discharged in an unorganized form. During the acceptance monitoring period, the maximum concentration of particulate matter in the unorganized exhaust gas of the project boundary of the project meets the requirements for the concentration limit of unorganized emission monitoring in Table 2 of GB 16297-1996 “Air Pollutant Emission Standards”.

The noise of this project mainly comes from the noise generated by various mechanical processing equipment, electric welding machine and workshop fan. The company reasonably arranges the sound source position and uses the sound insulation effect of the wall to reduce the influence of noise on the outside world. During the acceptance monitoring period, the equivalent sound level values ​​of the environmental noise measurement points N1-N2 at the boundary of the project reached the requirements of the Class 3 standard in GB 12348-2008 "Environmental Noise Emission Standards for Industrial Enterprises Boundary". ≤65dB(A), ≤55dB(A) at night).

The project has no production wastewater, and the domestic sewage is connected to the Wuhu municipal sewage pipe network and discharged into the Luxu Wastewater Treatment Plant in Wujiang District, and a drainage service agreement is signed. During the inspection and acceptance period, the daily average values ​​of pH value, chemical oxygen demand and suspended solids discharge concentration in the wastewater discharged from the sewage outlet of the project all meet the requirements of the third-level standard in Table 4 of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996); The daily average values ​​of ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen emission concentrations all meet the Class B standard requirements in Table 1 of the “Sewage Discharge into Urban Sewer Water Quality Standards” (CJ 343-2010). Based on the results of this monitoring, the total amount of pollutants discharged from the project is calculated. The total amount of chemical oxygen demand, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and suspended solids in the wastewater taken by this project are in line with the total amount recommended in the EIA report.

The solid wastes in the production process are mainly scraps, non-conforming products, dust collected by soot purifiers, waste emulsions, waste packaging drums and domestic garbage. 1 Waste emulsion and waste packaging barrels are entrusted to Wujiang Taihu Industrial Waste Treatment Co., Ltd.; 2 scraps and non-conforming products are collected and sold: 3 dust collected from soot purifiers and domestic garbage are regularly cleared by Lili Town Environmental Sanitation Office .
